The instructions that came in the box were awful I called Kohler for help in stopping leak from transfer valve They weren’t much help I improvised by using Flex Seal Still have small leak that I hope to correct today

Amazing couldn't wait to get it installed
So we finally finished the installation of our new bidet! Yey! by no means it was easy, especially following the generic manufactures instructions. Thank God Kholer does an excellent job of posting clearer installation instructions with illustrations on their site. It took us just about 5 hours to install. Granted we are not contractors, but not novices either, also had to get additional supplies in the middle of installation at the big box store. But no pain no gain, right? My hiney thanks Kholer for making it easier to keep it tidy!!! The quality and the beauty it adds to my master bath helps me feel like I took a trip to Rome by only stepping into my bath! A small price to pay for the value received!

The bowl is too shallow and the up spray nozzie is too tall. Terrible design. I am trying to find a button high nozzle to replace the insert enema nozzel.

If the hoses are too long for your application, we recommend allowing the hoses to be looped, preventing kinking. You can secure the loop using a zip tie. Kohler products are great, but this did not give water pressure, then my plumber called Kohler representative and explained the problem. IT had a missing part, which Kohler is shipping. Once that is installed i will tell if it worked.

Was defective in the box. While the plumber was installing it there were 2 parts that were not working had to call Kohler to order replacement parts and am still waiting for them to be delivered
