Problems But Works
This dis NOT come with the correct size hose to fit the T valve Sent. very disappointing that we had to buy another after paying $260 for this. Seems to work well although I do agree with others that the dryer is disappointing. should have a low/ med/high along with the rest. I kinda gave up on that. May end up looking for another model with that option, not sure. If the dryer had even 2 power modes it would be a 5 star

Great product! Matches the quality of a Toto brand washlet for almost half the price. Installation was a bit tricky (for me anyways) during the first step of installing the mounting bracket, but other than that it was a smooth and quick installation with no leaks! I also like how the t-valve is rubber and not steel, so it prevents cross-threading.

Great return policy
Installed easily 2 days ago. Two features of this seat are not doable for my mother, who is 96. First there is always a splash of cold water before the heated water arrives. Surprise!
Worse, when the OFF button was not pressed correctly and the user stood up, water soaked the user from the waist down (See photo). Big surprise! It sprayed about 4 seconds before spraying water stopped. At 96, not pressing the OFF button correctly, could easily be a daily occurrence.
I had a Smart Bidet previously and as soon as contact with the seat was broken, the water stopped spraying. An extra star was added for the great KOHLER return policy. Otherwise this seat is a 1.

Installed in a RV
The only electric bidet that would fit the RV toilet, with no clearance at the rear. I had to adapt the water line to the PEC plastic tubing with a 1/2” pipe thread PEC “ T “ and add a 120v. It works great.

Easy to install. Works as described. Great price. Want a bidet but don't want to spend a lot? The Kohler Novita is a great choice. Has all the bells and whistles; heated seat, choice of 3 water pressures, choice of 3 water temps, and a dryer. Controls are attached to seat so you can't misplace them. Have had this one for 2 months. So glad I bought it!!!

Water warms up quickly. Quick release for ready cleaning.
It does reduce the circumference of your bowl, since the electric components sit on the back of the seat. Not enough to make a difference for me (female/5'10"/170lbs) , brother wasn't as comfortable (5'9"/215lbs)

Only 2 days with hot water...enjoyed it until it went cold!
We've only had our seat installed for 2 days before the heating element went cold. I was hopeful that this seat would provide our family with years of use, however, it was quite disappointing when the hot water was lost midstream. Everything else works wonderfully. Delivered on Friday, installed on Saturday, and cold shower by Monday...meh. Hopefully, I will be contacted for a replacement since online returns are nearly impossible.
