Q:When installing with solid wood flooring, can the Keller LWM623 baseboard be installed by itself without needing quarter round? We do not like the look of quarter round! Are there other baseboard options for us? Thanks.

MDF Fake wood
I'm a Painting Contractor and a Master Floor installer by trades growing up, when i became a painter in 1992 working with MDF is the cheap way and it's not great to paint as wood trim. MDF swells up when it get's wet and when sanding it stick's out when painting. A little more money you get a beautiful finish with the primed wood. Floor trade from 1975 to 1982 Painter until 2000 when I became a Painting Contractor and help my clients make the right choice's for there money.
