A:  Hello there, The fan will run contineous but the compressor will cycle on and off to maintain the desired room temp. The can speed can be controlled and put on low to conserve energy. thank you! Keystone

            works like a charm
            [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though we have central air my hubby turns it off or down low at night and I can't take it. I was so so happy to receive this air conditioner. We put it in our master bedroom and I use it on those nights when it is just too hot to go without air conditioning. It cools down our master bedroom very nicely. Perfect fit for my window dimensions. Operates well and quiet. I love that it has a remote so you don't have to get up to turn it on or off or to change the settings.

Every room cools down quickly. It saves energy. Has multiple speeds for cooling. It's quiet and wonderful. There's a sleep mode and so much more. Easy to operate with a small remote control.

It gets ice cold and it’s made very well. I like how it has a remote so you don’t have to get up and down to turn it down or off.
