A: Hello Alcielo, the Temperature range is 170-190 for unit. Slow cook temperatures are as follows: Lo -approximately 210 degrees F, Hi - approximately 250 degrees F. We hope this helps.

Q:Does this require a handle to be added to the front panel to be opened? Or can drawer be pulled open from top or bottom without a handle. Thanks!

Does the job

This is great to keep things warm. We haven't had as much great luck with it as on the slow cooker feature, as its hard to find the right dishes for what we're making that are low enough to fit inside. I wish it were even like a half inch taller inside so we could fit a better variety of dishes in there. I also wish you sold the warming dishes that fit on the hanging slots.
