Prosper 94.5 in. W Oak Tower System Freestanding-Shelf Walk-in Wood Closet System

We bought this ~4 months ago and built it within the first 2 weeks (two women, evenings after work). In our room, there is still space above the top shelf for additional storage. I LOVE the depth and width of the drawers, and tried to show how much fits inside. This means the depth of the shelf to the back wall is pretty substantial so we hide stuff behind the clothing too - I tried to show the wardrobe “fully loaded.” The finish doesn’t look cheap (not high end either) but functionally, it is everything we could have wanted. It comfortably fits two women’s *summer* wardrobes (winter in storage). Tips: 1) The first unit went slow and did collapse because we were worried about over-tightening the screws into the MDF, but after we realized that just a little more pressure allowed them to turn all the way and stop, the other two units were a breeze. 2) When it collapsed we contacted customer support, they were responsive, and they dispatched several replacement parts that shipped quickly to our home; we loved that there was someone who can help out and not just a shell corp with an automated service. 3) Decide which order you want the three panels in, because I promise you won’t think about it until its too late and too annoying to redo. 4) It stands very sturdy and doesn’t wobble after they are all attached into one structure. 5) It came in four boxes, and two of them were more than 100 pounds EACH. The other boxes were 50 and 60lb.

Great built ins that were very easy to install! The oak color is beautiful. Make sure to deliver them to your home vs. pick up at store as the boxes were very large.

Beautiful closet system, quite easy to install. Made of sturdy material. Already purchased another section (Prosper D) in addition to this closet system. Did not receive one of the packages from Home Depot when picking up the order. Reached out to Home Depot and they did not find the package at the store. Then, I contacted Klair Living directly and they provided excellent customer service, answering very quickly and resending the missing package to the store right away.

I bought this a month ago and love how it looks! I unfortunately ran into a pretty large snafu with one of the pieces, however Klair Living support has been nothing but wonderful to work with! They are extremely responsive and were able to resolve my issue within 24 hours.
