I think you need more than lubricant for this length and gauge. A spool of 420 linear feet of one 3/0 conductor is heavy. Use the lube, but also use a winch.

Slick idea!!
Finally! Someone got it right. As a service tech, you find yourself pushing wire threw conduit by yourself more often than not. This allows you to do that. The best feature is that it leaves no residue, on your hands or tools!!! Just a great once in a while idea. Finally got it right!!!

I can not believe how amazing this foam lubricant works it’s stays “wet” for hours and wipes off with a damp towel. I’ve never pulled wire through conduit so easily. Even with numerical turns and jogs, this stuff let me pull over 100’ by myself at ease. Super impressed!!!

I wanted to install a tankless point of use water heater in my garage on a new utility sink I was installing. I had to run about 40 feet of 6/3 wire. As it turned out, I only needed 6/2 wire, which would have made the job easier. Anyway, I had to go around one corner and over about 3 or four studs, and along one wall about 30 feet through a bunch of studs. 6/3 wire is HEAVY and STIFF. I don't know if you are supposed to use this lubricant in wood stud walls rather than conduit or whatever, but after fighting with the wire for a few studs I figured it couldn't hurt. It did make the job much easier and I can see how it would really help running in conduit.

This is an awesome product. Any electricians that are tired of having yellow 77 all over their clothes need to buy this. If your boss won't buy it, spend the less than 20 bucks and buy it yourself. It yields a lot too. Ive been using it for two years and the cans last a looooong time despite the fact that I like to spray it on my clothes to ahow other electricians that it doeant stain and also spray it in the air because it looks like snow. It comes with a tube so you can spray it inside the conduit and 2-3 small squirts usually is more than enough

The actual lube itself worked well, but it is severely overpriced and the flimsy spray cap broke the first time I used it making it next to impossible to get the product inside conduit.
