AnswersNo, the pump is not strong enough to use as a waterfall. You want to make sure you get one that is at least 600gpm depending on the height of your waterfall. I went through the same problem after getting this kit for the use of a waterfall.

It was nice to have a kit with everything in it. However, it didn’t have everything since it wasn’t really what I was looking for. The pump is only for a small fountain look in the pond. It isn’t strong enough to use as for a waterfall. I found that out after I already bought tubing for it and set the pond liner (which is a nice quality and do recommend). I bought another pump designed for a waterfall and then had to buy new tubing for the pump, as it requires a larger size.
If you are only looking for a small fountain feature, nothing big, this kit is perfect. Just not what I thought it was or what I was looking for. I attached my finished product.

the liner was pretty easy to put down. i loved the fountain, the solar ball didnt work but i called the manufacturer and without any hassle they are sending me a new one....quite pleased with that. we just put it in this past weekend so cant say how it will hold up but its very heavy so i think it will be fine...for the money its a good value.

I cecieved my pond kit today and was happy with it. The only thing I am not to fond of is the pump is really to small if you want to run any pond spitters. Otherwise it is terrific. Easy to install and setup.
