BE CAREFUL!
Be careful if you are ordering two of these pedestals at the same time. I ordered one for my LG washer and one for my LG dryer. Both pedestals have the identical product number: WDP6W. As you can see by my picture, however, one has an LG logo on the left hand side of the drawer and the other does not. Probably won't make much difference to some people, but for me, it is all about aesthetics. Feels weird not to see a log on each one and there is no indication on the packaging that one has a logo and the other does not come with one. Probably the result of the LG bean counters coming to the conclusion that they could save 25 cents by eliminating the logo.
Other than that, the pedestals are well-made and provide adequate support for the washer and dryer, IMHO, they are a bit over-priced for what they are, but a nice touch are the rubber storage baskets. Also, you cannot purchase these at a HD store so you can't look at them beforehand. They have to be ordered when you purchase a washer or dryer.

POOR DESIGN. Holes don't line up.
Forget that the drawers are so shallow, nothing stands in them.
This doesn't fit a brand-new LG washer. I bought a brand new washer and dryer and then these pedestals as well. They are the correct pedestal for my new washer Model:WM6500HWA, but the holes don't line up unless you take the feet off the washer and remove one of the nuts. This is a complete pain given the washer is heavy and you don't discover this until you lift the thing onto the pedestal. I thought I was going crazy until I found several online with the exact same complaint. How does something like this pass QC? I just can't imagine why LG would make something like this that doesn't fit their own appliance. Either make the holes on the washer connection lower or raise these.

The pedestals are beautiful and add a finished look to the washer & Dryer. Plus they serve as great storage for cleaning products. I love that the baskets are removable from the draws n each pedestal

These are must haves for doing laundry comfortably, a back saver for sure. Two improvements I would recommend: (1) the cup-style drawer pull/opener needs to go. I say that because in my situation, the washer and dryer are installed in my garage, and dust/dirt is already collecting inside there, this will require frequent cleaning. (2) The pedestal height needs to be slightly taller, maybe another 2 inches, so a normal gallon bottle of liquid laundry bleach can fit in it. I do like the plastic liner bins that come inside each of the pedestals, but even with these removed, gallon sized bleach bottles don't fit and still prevent the drawer from closing.

Pedestals are “must haves”
To me, a pedestal is needed for a front loader, just for the height. However, if you are planning to use the pedestal drawer for storage, then you are out of luck. There is no room for any laundry products. I moved the basket in the drawer so I could put a small Shout container in the drawer. I can use the basket for some small items, but nothing for laundry. Obviously, the person who designed these drawers, doesn’t do laundry.

This is a must have for your LG 5 cu.ft. combination washer and dryer.
LG 27 inch. Laundry pedestal with storage drawer.
Pedestal/storage drawer is an Excellent addition to LG Washer/Dryer combo.
Brings W/D unit to a level for loading and easy access of laundry. Looks nice with W/D unit.
Drawer comes with a laundry basket.
Large bottles of detergent do not fit in the drawer.
Possibilities for this drawer is endless.
Open W/D unit door. Fold the fresh laundry, put into easy access laundry basket, pull out basket, put fresh laundry away and return basket to drawer. Basket will always be ready for the next fresh load of laundry.
Adds a new level of convenience doing your laundry.
