Works great, bright white instant light.
Tight fit but they work. Technical documents were easy to read, and labels came to indicate ballasts removed. I 1st attempted to use these with ballasts, and they did not work. So, I removed mine and bazinga they work fine.

Needed to update some under-cabinet lighting from fluorescent to led. These were easy to install after I realized I needed to remove the ballast as well. Only needed three but the price for the four pack was better than 3 singles.
