A: It’s so flimsy so if that is going to be installed overhead you would need to reinforce it at every joint.

A: No, they cannot. Had they constructed it that way it would topple over sideways. It is already very narrow and it is on wheels.

ROLLS OUT VERY NICELY FROM THE SPACE NEXT TO MY FRIG. GREAT STORAGE FOR FREQENTLY USED ITEMS. JUST WISHED THE BOTTOMS OF THE SHELF BINS DIDN'T NARROW DOWN FROM THE TOP EDGE FROM 5" TO 4.5". THAT ELIMINATED MANY ITEMS I WANTED TO PUT IN IT.
