Not fully inflated ! Lower on one side
The mattress is a disappointment- it never inflated on one side ! We have not slept on it because it’s lopsided

Hi Nancy, we are sorry to hear it did not fully inflate. Sometimes the foam gets "stuck" and it needs help. Keeping it in a warm room can help with that. You can also walk or crawl along the mattress for a few minutes throughout the day, as that can help break up the air pockets in the foam. Twin XL Too Short (Regular Length)
Great value BUT Twin XL was only 75". 5 inches short of XL size of 80".

We're sorry that this mattress only measures 75-inches long. Can you tell us how long the mattress has been out of the packaging and if there has been any change to the size since you posted this review?
Since the mattress is shipped compressed, it will be a bit small when it is first opened. However, the Twin XL size should expand to measure 79 x 37.5 inches within 48-hours of being opened. If it is still smaller than this, then we will of course help you get a replacement or assist with a return to Home Depot.

Wow what a great find! I was searching for a mattress for my sons newly remodeled room and found this gem. I paired this mattress with the Libra Pure Black Twin Bed Frame #205048024 sold here at The Home Depot and the results were amazing. The mattress came in a box that was easily carried to the room without the hassle of a rigid mattress. After unpackaging, I was very pleased at the quality and comfort at this price point. We upgraded a guest bedroom futon for my mom’s recent visit. She has degenerative disc disease so the original mattress was not an option. This product offered all the attributes I was looking for. As a true bargain hunter, the 25% sale discount sealed the deal! My husband was surprised to pickup a box about 5 ft x 8 in. rather than a full sized mattress! In addition to the easy transport and setup, it’s very comfortable. My mom absolutely LOVED it!

This mattress is very soft! The springs are extremely forgiving and you melt into the mattress. The mattress is shipped in a relatively small box, just open the box and the mattress unfolds to full size in seconds.
My son loves this mattress and it appears to be well made. Time will tell how long it last's but for now we are very happy with it!
Note: this is a foam top one sided mattress, you cannot flip it over.
I would recommend this if you like soft, squishy mattresses.

Linenspa’s AlwaysCool mattress is a big hit in our home. It sleeps well, and is well-made. It is on a loft bed with wooden slats, so the mattress is supported nicely and the slats allow airflow through the bed.
My four kids switch beds from time to time, and they all wanted to take turns on the “new” bed, and my son reports that it sleeps really well—this is the kid who does not need much of a blanket at all, even through the winter; he sleeps hot, and this mattress has been a really nice change of pace for him.
It came in a tidy box, nicely wrapped for protection inside and when we put the mattress in place and opened the plastic, it expanded right away and fits perfectly. I like how it looks, and the springs beneath the two-inch foam provide a nice feel. The ten-year warranty tells me this mattress is made well.

This mattress arrived rolled up in a UPS shipping box. It was exciting to open it and be cautious when you open the packaging as it expands rapidly! Good quality construction at first glance and no reason to doubt the construction in the weeks that we have used it. The mattress itself is comfortable and is different in feel over a traditional spring mattress. My family has their favorite but it is about split between the new and old mattresses. We tested our on a double trundle bed and my kids liked both mattresses and describe the new hybrid mattress like sleeping on a memory foam pillow. I did not notice the "cooling" effect like I have on certain pillows with similar named features and neither did my kids. This is a thick mattress and in our case of the trundle where this is the lower mattress, the thinner size would have been ideal over the thicker one.

We’re glad that this mattress has good quality construction and that it is comfortable, but we’re sorry that it wasn’t as cool as you expected and that it is thicker than you would like.
This mattress has AlwaysCool gel infusions which help regulate temperature, but it isn’t actively cooling. This means that the mattress will sleep cooler than a standard memory foam mattress, but it won’t be cold to the touch.
If you find that the bed sleeps warmer than you’d like, we recommend adding a bed fan or light and breathable sheets such as bamboo or Tencel. This should help promote a cooler sleeping environment.
Additionally, we do offer thinner mattresses if you’d prefer a thinner one. We offer a similar mattress in an 8-inch profile but keep in mind that the 8-inch mattress has a medium-firm feel, so it will be a little firmer than this 10-inch mattress.
