Yes this mattress is compressed and rolled for shipment. The shipping package measures 12 in. H x 79 in. D x 12 in. W and weighs 79 lbs. Can I roll it or fold it to move after using it?

Instead, the mattress will need to be moved like any other mattress and we recommend using a mattress bag to keep it clean. How long after decompressing it out of the box should I wait to sleep on it? I was told to wait ...

For your situation, we recommend adding a topper to your 6-inch mattress or purchasing a plusher mattress. Could you tell us how far apart the slats are? If this mattress is placed on a slatted base, the spacing between the slats should not be wider than 3-inches for proper support.
