Bed in a Box
This was our first bed in a box experience. Let me just say, this is so much easier than tying a mattress to the roof! Upon opening the outside thicker plastic, it immediately began to inflate. Within minutes it was at the full size. The memory foam is so soft and comfy! This is perfect for my son's room and now I am thinking we need to order the King Size for our room next!

Medium Firmness
I should have listened to my inner voice. Its not a medium firm…its firm. It’s not as cooling as i thought it would be. We’ve had it for almost a week and im still not getting used to it. Normally i can sleep anywhere…. But i cant tell the difference berween my pillow and my bed and its just hard to move around. I was hoping the tight top would soften it but nope. Dont get this is you like a soft bed. Its super firm!!

Not Firm Enough
The bed is not really firm. It will sink based on your weight I think. I’m about 160 lbs and it wasn’t firm enough. It does contour to your body. I am looking for firm. Returning. FYI, once you open it it’s harder to return with Home Depot.

I could not be more disappointed. I allowed more than the recommended time to allow the mattress to expand, but the corners and sides remain down-to-the-frame soft. My 12-year-old dog has never in his life fallen off the bed, until now. I caught myself one night and knocked things off the nightstand to prevent falling. If I sit down on the bed halfway between the head and foot area, I sink. I'm a 120-pound female and my dog is only 55 pounds. I'm a right-side sleeper, and wake up sore every morning. I'm going to make every effort to return this so-called hybrid mattress.
