I've read reviews and know someone who ordered this tile and it wasn't the color of the sample they purchased and they were told basically the same thing a reviewer here wrote: " The tile from MS International has 2 options they can send, the 1st is a white and grey option and the second is a beige and brown option. They are able to send whatever they have in their stock at the moment and in no way is able to be selected by the purchaser. Even if you had requested a sample what you ordered could be different! " Is this still the case or has this issue been resolved? How can we be assured that the sample we order is going to be the same color of tile that arrives at our home? We have to order 500+ s/f and have it delivered, so we can't just "return it to the store" if the wrong/different color is sent. Please advise. Thank you.
