This large format porcelain tile has a matte finish for added elegance and its impressively durable and low-maintenance. Classic yet on-trend, Trinity Ivory is a top choice among homeowners and builders who appreciate its design versatility.   • Grade 1, first-quality porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
  • 12 in. width x 24 in. length x 10 mm thick
  • Glazed, smooth finish with a low sheen and slight variation in tone
  • P.E.I. Rating III is suitable for medium-duty residential and commercial floors including kitchens, corridors, terraces and areas used more often with normal footwear and small amounts of dirt
  • Impervious flooring has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or some outdoor use and is frost proof

      Q:I am having a hard time find the right mop to clean the floor. I tried swifter, cedar mop, my electric spin Waze and they won?t glide over the floor without sticking. I have a steam mop that sort of seems like it?s not sticking. Any recommendations?

        Q:Staining? Color loss? Would like to hear from people who've used this as floor tile at least a few months who have NOT experienced these staining/color loss/ unable to get clean issues several have complained of. Or has everyone had these issues? Thnx!

          DO NOT BUY!!! It stains
          Home depot is selling tile that is NO GOOD this tile stains even before it’s finished installing. I can’t get the stains out and the review on this tile are really really bad how does Home Depot knowingly continue to sell this without a disclaimer as on 7/9/23 there is no warning about this tile on the site my tile is 1/3 way installed and I tried cleaning the floor today and I cannot get the stains out !!!! I am freaking out this is a $2000 investment plus labor. I NEED HELP!!!!!

            Looks great until it get used
            I do love the look of the tile. But the tile on the floor DOES NOT CLEAN WELL. I read reviews with similar issue but thought it would be ok in our guest bath that is not used that often. Even a little use, has caused staining. I cannot get out. Completely disappointed. The tile is in shower surround and seems fine. Also, the tile once on floor and on shower surround, looks like two different colors. But they are indeed the same time / color.

              Does not clean!!!
              I’m so mad about this tile. It was pretty in the beginning but it seriously does not clean! This is right after steam mopping it. It’s in our hallway bathroom. It’s only 1.5 years old. Impossible to clean without heavy cleaners and even then, still looks dirty. Do not buy if you care about a clean looking floor

                Impossible to get clean
                As discussed in a number of other reviews, this tile is impossible to keep clean. It is in our kitchen, hallway and downstairs bathroom. We have tired every product out therew to clean the floors without success. In less than a year the tiles are stained brown and won’t come back. If you do use this tile, stick to the backsplash shower tile recommendations. It’s not durable enough for trafficked areas.

                        Great looking tile, very difficult to clean
                        This tile looks great installed. I have the trinity ivory color installed in the kitchen and utility room. The matte finish looks good and keeps the tile from being slippery when wet. However, the major downside is keeping the tile clean as everyone else has said. I've tried scalding hot water and cleaning solution, Swiffer wet jet, microfiber mops, scrubbing by hand with sponges, rags, magic eraser, scraping with a razor blade, etc. It takes A LOT of on your hands and knees elbow grease to get out stains. And when you think you have the stain removed, the floor dries and in the right light, you can still see the stain so back to scrubbing again. I've owned this tile for 9 months and it seems like I'm constantly having to work to remove stain. With that said, I would not recommend this tile due to upkeep time. If this is in a low traffic/low stain area, it may be okay. I may try a tile sealant, even though the manufacturer does not recommend it.
