Love my Magic Chef portable washer
I love my new washer! I had a Haier portable washer that lasted for about 8 yrs, then it just broke down. I loved that washer too. I had never heard of Magic Chef, but i loved the size, the color and thought why not give it a try. I wished it had come with an agitator like my Haier, but they dont make them anymore.
It took about a week to come in and store pickup was a breeze. Set it up and fell in love with it. Was a bit sceptical about an open tub without an agitator, but my clothes have done well and are just as clean as before with my Haier.
I would highly recommend this washer! I have had no issues with leakes or anything. I bought the rolling rack for it to sit on and it fits perfectly inside my hall closet. Hook up is quick and easy, just remember to make sure all water is out of hoses before you store away. And remember to clean out your filters as well.
Hope if you get this machine, you will love it as i do.

Powerful little machine
We always saw smaller washers around the world when we traveled. We didn’t want to spend $1000 on a full size washer when this one was just over $300. What a great machine! It comes with all the hookups and attachments in the box, but I upgraded my hookup to stainless steel. Installation took 5 minutes. SUPER easy. It holds 13lbs of clothes. We’ve even fit a 5x7 rug nicely and a king blanket on another occasion. The only thing we don’t like is hot water is tricky. It only works on the first wash and sometimes it’s just luke warm not really hot. This is the one design flaw. Other than that this cleans better than the laundromat and a lot of the larger machines. You can almost fit a full load. We have a cat and dog so we like to wash duvet covers, rugs, blankets dish towels and rags a lot. I even put my slippers I left outside in the rain and they came out like brand new. We love this washer my only regret is not getting it sooner! Also wish they made the dryer in graphite it could match the washer. The black thing that drops out when you open the box is garbage don’t be worried you didn’t break anything. I’ve had the washer for about 2 months and everything is super clean We have no more laundry to do so all caught up. Lol. The dryer is completely unnecessary, just a want because clothes spin in the wash to 95% dry. Thrilled with this purchase it fits a lot and cleans really well as you can see from the pic of the water coming out of the wash the first day I used it just out of the box to test it out before properly hooking it up. Came with a minor little dent on the front but you can barely see it.

My Kenmore washing machine died after more than 25 years. I was a bit skeptical about the 2.0 size, the Magic Chef brand, the lack of an agitator, the gray color and no delivery to my home. But I was truly swayed, the staff at Home Depot on Brush Avenue were great. I received a text on 9-26-20 that the machine arrived. I picked it up and Home Depot staff helped me load it into my Jeep. The machine weighs about 90 pounds, with a glass top and a large capacity that has been washing small and large loads. The electronic controls are simple to operate. The wash comes out nice and clean and practically dry. Large bulky items get nodded at the bottom of the machine which causes the machine to rock a bit. I even forgot that I have a Magic Chef dryer that I hardly use so I have to say I am immensely impressed! I can now proudly say I do have a Magic Chef washer and dryer.

I bought this washer to use in our RV for our vacation at the beach. In the 9 days we were there I washed about 6 loads of laundry including beach towels and bathing suits. Was very happy with my purchase and absolutely LOVE coming home with almost no laundry to contend with. You can choose the wash load size, level of cleaning (lightly soiled or very soiled), hot/cold/warm selections, extra rinse, extra spin. Love it!

Its bigger than I thought it would it be! Can actually fit a normal load of laundry. Larger blankets and sheets too, but not a conforter though. Super quiet and fairly easy to install. I have no washer hook ups in my tiny apartment, this was my solution during the coin crisis. I just store it in my closet and roll it out into the kitchen and attach right to the sink. Highly recommend.

Don't even think about it, purchase this machine asap, is awesome, the best, we are a family of 4,
2 adults, a 7 year old and a toddler and this machine keep up with all these daily clothes from the 4 of us plus blankets, sheets, rugs, big towels , etc....(my husband is big and tall) so you can imagine towels are huge plus his clothes , hoses are very durable and strong only problem I notice is the hose to plug in machine runs a little small (my outlet is very close to kitchen sink) and I barely make it , but I notice you can purchase an extension at home Depot .
But besides that I am in love with this machine , easy to move, got a small dolly.
Clothes comes out really clean way better that any laundry mat, very practical, easy to use, (I was expecting something smaller) but is the perfect size for our family of 4). I highly recommended plus the service I got from home Depot in Fullerton was extraordinary (left a review at the Fullerton store website mentioning names ) if your local this guy's can help you with anything you need or if you run thru any problem or concern.
First time buying at home Depot and they got a new loyal costumer, plus I love this washer so much that I will start buying and looking what other products they have for sale.
Don't think anymore just purchase this washer and you will be the next person writing a similar review.

Bigger and better than I imagined
I researched smaller washers for awhile and could not fund anything else with better reviews. Since this washer does not have an agitator, I feel it is just as large as some of the full size washers I have had with an agitator. I am able to wash an 8 x 10 ruggable, if I fold it just right. I adore the quick cycle for a 15 minute wash. This washer is probably the nicest washer I have ever had but much cheaper. I highly recommend, I will never own anything else.
