my searches have led me to this lock so I'd say yes. I'm going to measure the packout holes and go to HD to see if the cable is small enough to fit for sure.
Is the locking part of this cable metal or plastic that someone could just take a hammer to open

I realize locks are for honest people and anyone can get into this if they really wanted to. You didn’t answer my question, is the locking portion of the metal or plastic? Simple answer, it’s one or the other.

This lock does the job wonderfully. I use it to secure my two bikes to my SUV!!
Why does my python lock slip out in locked position ?
Your probably pushing the tag end (loose end) through the wrong side.
This is because the end you inserted is in reverse. If you remove the end and insert it in the other end first, you will see it will lock when in the locked position.
