Medina Growin Green Organic Fertilizer is a natural Fertilizer for all of your gardening needs. It is derived from pasteurized poultry manure. Medina Growin Green Fertilizer will green up your lawn quickly and is pasteurized for stability and odor reduction. Medina Growin Green Fertilizer is slowly released from natural sources for continuous feeding and continues the growth response through all the seasons. The Ammonium source is quickly available for noticeably fast results. Calcium helps improve the cell structure of plants. Medina Growing Green Fertilizer also helps breakdown thatch biologically when grass clippings are not picked up. It produces three stages of activity including balanced nutrient supply, structure repair through soil supplementation, and nutrient availability. Good to use when caring for your lawn, flowers, trees, vegetable garden, ornamentals, or pot plants.

              A:  I haven't seen this product actually on the shelf in any of the stores. I have always ordered it through HomeDepot.com and have had it shipped to the store. Easy and efficient. My last order arrived within three days, ahead of the scheduled date, though with all of the transportation issues this year, I would not count on that.

                  A:  Thank you for your question. Medina Growin Green is organic and not harmful to animals. Some animals may be attracted to the odor and if it's ingested it will not be harmful. To lessen the attraction water the Growin Green after application to help lessen the odor.

                    Hey folks the fertilizer is "derived from" all the ingredients. Green sand kelp etc are in the finished product it just looks like chicken manure because it is granulated.
