I purchased Merola Tile Arte White 9-3/4 in. x 9-3/4 in. Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile (10.88 sq. ft./Case), and I would like to know if I can use Rejuvenate on this floor and will it make the floor shine?
HI Vicky! Thank you for your question! The factory does not recommend any cleaning products that contain acid or bleach. Rejuvenate’s products do contain various acids based on the ingredients listed for their products on their website. We recommend the customer to use a PH neutral soap, such Dawn detergent, to clean their tile before moving on to more aggressive cleaning agents. Before testing a new cleaning agent, we recommend starting in an inconspicuous area and checking the MSDS for the cleaner being used. Is this tile non slippery for shower floor

The Arte Due is suitable for indoor and outdoor residential installations, including kitchens, bathrooms, showers, etc. It has a marginally low skid resistance and has a DCOF rating of .42. is this suitable for outdoor spaces like patio and entrance steps...where it will rain on the tile? not slippery, or would it get damaged with winter rain?
Hi Abee! Thank you for your question! This tile has PEI of IV making it suitable for some dirt conditions and is completely frost resistant for outdoor application. We do not have a COF for this tile at this time to see if it is slippery with rain or not. I recommend ordering a sample first so you can get an idea of the texture and shading of the tile. When using for a backsplash, can you use a mastic on this or does it need to be mortar?
I use mastic for all wall applications and mortar for all floors
Mastic should work fine, but a full pattern of this tile for a backsplash would be rather large. You may want to consider another tile. I hope that helps, Keith
Is there any way to ensure all cases are from the same dye/lot?
Don't think so Unless you order all cases at once
I think this a question Home Depot needs to address. As a customer I would assume they’d send all same dye lot in an order. Order more than you need just in case. You can return any leftover boxes (keep your receipts or pay with your Home Depot charge card)
