Love this tile
This tile is so pretty. Love the tones and love the glossy texture. Used if for my guest bath reno and would reccomend!

Just what we wanted
We purchased the 3x12 Chester Matte Bianco for our kitchen backsplash and it was exactly what we wanted. We aren't professionals but this product made the project pretty simple. We used 1/16 spacers but what I really like about this tile was since the edges aren't perfectly straight you won't really notice small imperfections or mistakes. We also purchased and used the Simple Tile Mat and Bright White Unsanded Grout for this backsplash.

Beware of matte finish
The black matte finish had some sort of reaction with the grout causing a permanent stain (see attached photo). It is not grout haze, rather a permanent stain that we can only mask with WD-40 to make it less noticeable. We hired a professional contractor to install these tiles in our shower and are very unhappy with the outcome.

We always recommend that you grout your tile in small sections so that the tile can be wiped down frequently. Excess grout left on tiles for too long can result in grout haze and negatively affect the appearance of your installation. If the excess grout is cleaned in a timely manner, then a simple cloth or dry lint-free towel and damp sponge can be used to remove it. If grout haze is an issue, we recommend using a grout haze remover to minimize the haze after installation. We stand behind the quality of our products and appreciate your feedback!

These tiles are so pretty, classic but the bumpy texture and mid matte finish keep it organic and transitional. We did white on the backsplash and black on the island for a perfect tuxedo look! (Photo makes the black look navy, its not. It’s a very dark gray which looks black to the eye without being too striking)

Turned out perfect for my wood stove nook. Installer said they were very easy to work with and no breakage in the boxes. Love the matte look and slight 'rustic' texture. The fact that some edges are finished meant it was very easy to tile the step backs without edging.

This black ceramic wall tile is so glossy that it looks wet. Beautiful, modern appearance. Each piece is 3 inches by 12 inches and would look great in a bath or as a kitchen backsplash. Pair with silver glitter grout for pure glamour and the latest in style. Would also look great as a fireplace surround. As with all ceramic tile, handle with care. Easily wipes clean.

Just as it is advertise they do look like tiles are handmade. Odiously they do have imperfection on the edges but that is what is made it hand made. The glossy black finish looks perfectly fine for the type of tiles. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars on quality is that they didn’t coat the all 4 edges they did only one. Other than that I would buy it again. I’m using it as an accent tiles in the bathroom the line will be in the hight of the eyes about 5 ft. from the tub bottom.

I originally ordered this tile to be used as bullnose back on 4/25/17 and it shipped as pictured below. Unfortunately for me, the scope of the project changed and I needed to order more on 5/18/17...24 days later. What arrived was nothing like the first order. See the rest of the images. The profile has totally changed. It went from a demi bullnose/quarter round edge to a flat angled edge and the top is now wavy, not smooth and inconsistent. The picture above is not a true reflection of the tile. If you are looking for good quality bullnose this tile is "now" not it.
