Product Details

The exotic splendor of Moroccan design radiates from the Merola Tile Metro Lantern Glossy White 9-1/2 in. x 10-3/4 Porcelain Mosaic Tile. The chic lantern format allows this mosaic to blend into any modern or traditional decor. A crisp white glossy finish distinguishes an elegant quality within this versatile mosaic. The interlocking design offers seamless magnificence when installed. Intended for medium-duty residential areas, including kitchens, backsplashes, showers and exterior use, this mosaic offers infinite design capabilities. If pairing with other products in our Metro Lantern series, please consider that all formats and thicknesses may not be the same.
  • 7.3 square feet, 10 pieces per case. Case weight is 19.5 lbs.
  • Grade 1, first-quality porcelain tile for floor and wall use.
  • 9.5 in. width x 10.75 in. length x 0.23 in. mm thick mesh-mounted mosaic. 2.9 in. W x 3.1 in. L pieces
  • Glazed smooth finish with a high sheen and uniform appearance in tone
  • P.E.I. Rating II is suitable for all interior walls and light foot traffic such as powder rooms
  • Impervious tiles have a water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor and outdoor use and is frost resistant
  • C.O.F. less than or equal to .5 is considered to have a marginally low skid resistance.
  • Completely frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
  • Residential use only
  • Don't forget your coordinating trim pieces, grout, backerboard, thinset, and installation tools
  • All online orders for this item ship via parcel ground and may arrive in multiple boxes
  • It is recommended you purchase a minimum of 10% overage to account for design cuts and patterns
  • Each line item within an order will be selected from a single dye lot (color) and caliber (size), but multiple orders can result in receiving multiple dye lots and/or calibers. Please ensure that all tile for a project is obtained within one order
  • All ceramic / porcelain and natural stone tile within coordinating series may be produced at different times which can cause variation in dye lot (color) and caliber (size) which is authentic to tile

              These are very pretty tiles! We got these for the laundry room backsplash in the house we are building. They are simple and elegant and pretty easy to install - no different than most backsplashes. The mash in the back keeps the spacing and helps laying the tile go quick. This pops in the laundry room and the color is pleasing and relaxing (sounds strange to say but it is)

              The finish on these beautiful tiles is impeccable. The gray color is rich and uniform with a sheen that falls between satin and semi-gloss. The surfaces are perfectly even and smooth. The tiles are laid-out with precision on a web backing composed of a plastic material. The backing will allow the tiles to set into the mortar and form a strong bond. As shown in the photo, the edges of each tile section have open spaces where the next section will mesh. The tile sections are in a manageable size that should be easy to handle and cover a good amount of surface area. They were packed with thin sheets of foam plastic between each section and were in perfect condition out of the box. I’d certainly recommend this product.

              Merola Tile Metro Lantern Matte Dark Grey Will look great once I get it installed. The color is perfect for what I have been searching for. There are so many variations of grey and this is a good medium color. It’s going to look great with a lighter grey or dove grey grout color. The design is modern but also timeless and will go great in my 1932 home.

              I absolutely love these Merola arabesque tile! It is gorgeous and since it’s a Merola tile I know it is well made. The pieces are uniform, with no odd edges or glazing mistakes.                 So Beautiful!
                You wont regret it when it is done! It is a beautiful shape and size, but is fussy to cut and finish all the little bits in the edges. Some tile pieces have missing color spots or imperfections so buy extra. We used it on our fireplace with charcoal grout. It looks amazing!
