Hi Terry, We recommend cutting our Tessera Subway Sage face up with a wet saw using a brand-new diamond-tipped blade. This offers the best cut with the least change of breakage. A trick to cutting glass tiles is to put blue painters tape on the top of it and then mark on the tape where you want to cut. This will assist in any chipping you may encounter with even a new diamond-tipped blade. After you finish cutting the tiles, you would want to sand the edges to smooth them down as they will be very sharp. Another option is a scoring tile cutter. We would strongly encourage you to not use tile nippers because they can potentially shatter the glass and they will not give the best cut.
