Quality tool - Great Drill - Different bag.
I'm in networking and this drill is great for racking switches. It's not too strong to strip screws but still strong enough to do a solid job. It's also lightweight and it travels well. No complaints about the drill. I have seen this drill sold with a "suitcase" style bag, and I was waiting for this particular item to go on sale because I specifically wanted the bag in the picture. I need something that can be thrown around a little bit. After opening the box I found that it does in fact come in the suitcase style bag. My excitement immediately changed to disappointment. While it is a "nice" bag, I feel like the handle is going to be a problem at some point. I can just tell it's going to rip on one side and I will have to carry it under my arm from then on. I have a DeWalt bag at work I will probably use instead. Not that I can't handle the ridicule, but now I will have to hear about why my Milwaukee tools are in a DeWalt bag every other day, so thanks for that.

        No hammer
Works fine as a drill/driver however the label on the drill states: "Hammer Drill/Driver". I doesn't hammer!

          No Torque
I got one of these to replace one of the original M12 3/8" drills I have had since about 2006. It performs worse than the worn out one. I am very serious when I say this drill has no torque in high speed. You can draw it to a stop easily in your hand. Compared to the old one it is a joke really, and no I am not comparing it to the 1/2 M12, that one is pretty good but this model is quite useless. Maybe this is just a bad build or faulty but try and put it to work and it just stops or faults. A complete disappointment and would recommend to avoid it.

Worst customer service in the industry!
2407-20 drill. Drill quit after 10 minutes of use. Milwaukee says it's still under warranty, but service center says it isn't. Service center wants $105.00 dollars to replace the switch and a new drill is 89.00. Milwaukee won't send me a switch, so I now have a 90 dollar paper weight. The switch is available but with tax and shipping it's $75 bucks. I'm 70 years old and pretty much use a drill to hang a picture or replace a fence board. I'll go buy a Ryobi before I do business with Milwaukee again. Horrible company!

              First and Last Milwaukee
Got this a few months ago. The drill itself is good with the exception it requires vice grip fingers to change the battery. One of the batteries would not charge after only being used 5 maybe 6 times. After contacting support through their site a couple times about the bad battery I never received a reply. Yea I checked my spam folder. A company that sells a bad product and also does not stand by what they make has me walk right by their display in the store.

                Poorly made
This is a loud poorly made version of the tool made famous by fein. The oscillation mechanism is loud and internally sloppy, which results in inconsistent motion at the blade or sanding head. The m12 battery is poorly moulded, this means that the battery is not well retained, I had a 3.0 fall out cracking the battery housing. The tool was part of a kit, so expectations were low, either way, not up to the standard of other m12 Milwaukee tools I own. ☹️

                  Piece of junk
The mechanism that retains the saw blade broke and fell out within the first 10 minutes of use cutting 1/2 plywood. I was very surprised and disgusted at the same time. I have a lot of money invested in Milwaukee tools , most of them are excellent this one definitely is not well made.

Not worth the money compared to competitors
I bought this tool as I am trying to transition from a heavy dewalt ecosystem into Milwaukee. This tool is worse than every other multi tool I own from multiple brands. The speed control is very poor and any tool that requires a tool to use it in these days it's not worth it in my opinion. Requires a loose Allen wrench that Can't be stored on the tool instead of a tool free blade change.

                    3/8 drill-driver
For the size of this drill, its impressive. The size makes it easy to get into tighter spaces and the weight makes it easy to pack out.

                    Another Compact Drill Success!
I purchased this as I have had the M12 1/4" Impact for years and used it for literally everything without fail. I wanted to have additional batteries for the impact, plus a regular 3/8" drill since my old one was really weak, cheap, and heavy. I love this thing! Works well, even the small batteries last long, and it is lightweight and compact. Plus, it's my favorite 2 colors, so yeah, gotta simp on that.
