Is this made in USA? I don’t want crap made in some foreign country!

Tough to find made in USA power tools. Dewalt is assembled in USA with foreign components, most of TTI including Milwaukee is made in China or Taiwan. Most of Bosch is made outside Germany but tools made in Hungary are still better than China. Only made in USA Milwaukee tools we have are at least 15 years old and use cords but they're still going strong. Some foreign countries make great tools: Top tier manufacturing: Austria country know for quality manufacturing Germany Bosch, Festool, top quality tools Japan Makita based here some top quality tools still made here Liechtenstein Hilti is based here some tools still made here USA Mid-tier manufacturing Taiwan Apex group brands like gearwrench and other solid affordable tools Hungary Decent quality a lot of Bosch is made here. Low tier but some factories have higher standards than others and produce decent tools Mexico China

I find that the Milwaukee has a higher quality than the Bosch. The overall finish and robustness of the drill is better. The brushless motor is smoother and the drill feels better in your hand. I have been very pleased with Milwaukee Fuel series. One huge thing is that the battery design will not change, so when the battery technology changes, the design to work in older units will not!

My Hay Barn Project w/ 2402 Milwaukee
I'm building a 18' high x 30' wide x 40' long metal ached building (Quonset Hut style). Thousands & thousands of 5/16" buts and nuts. So far, screw gun is the perfect tool, light & easy to operate. If I don't burn the gun up, is will be the best investment for such a large project. If it survives half the project, I'll purchase one or two more just like it!

well worth it
This tool is my daily use tool - it gets used, abused and still provides quality service. It is impressively strong and decently quiet. Not as quiet as the newer surge, but this sure is a fantastic tool for fastening. I highly recommend having this tool as part of your arsenal if you want something that lasts, saves you time and is backed by a solid warranty. Milwaukee service has always been top notch to me.

The Milwaukee brushless 12volt screwdriver has a lot of torque, one thing that doesn't work well the 1 inch. 1/4 hex bits some times fall out of the chuck. I have had the tool for about only 30 days works well with 2' bits.

Best Screwdriver Available
I anxiously awaited the arrival of the new Mulwaukee 2402-22 Screwdriver Kit. To test the screwdriver, I used an assortment of drivers, drill bits and spade bits, along with using it to build a mailbox stand. I must say I’m quite impressed with this little drill/driver. At only 2 lbs and 6.6 inches long, the Milwaukee Screwdriver is very small, but don’t let that fool you. With 325 inch-lbs of torque, the screwdriver has over twice the power of the previous model, and approaches the power of an 18 volt drill. The brushless motor provides increased runtime to perform numerous tasks before needing a recharge. The 2-speed transmission and separate drill/driver switch are very nice features and come in real handy when alternating from drilling holes and driving bolts. The ergonomics of the tool are very good and the fuel guage is a nice feature. It’s also well balanced and will stand upright on the compact 2 amp-hour battery. The one-handed ¼ inch hex quick connection is a great feature when multiple bits are required. This screwdriver performs about 90% of the tasks of my 18 volt drill, with half the weight and bulk. It’s especially good for overhead use and tight spaces. The ¼ inch hex shaft is very convenient, but does have limitations. For example, it does not accept attachments requiring a ½ inch chuck, such as hole saws. A locking chuck is also better when pinpoint accuracy is required for drilling. For the intended uses, this screwdriver kit has more than exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend it.

Works great for low torque applications.
Use this daily at work assembling breakers and panels. Strong enough to beast mode 1/4-20 screws and on the lowest level to screw in 4-40 screws. Liked it so much I purchased one for home use also. Great for delicate car repairs or putting screws in the wall for pictures.
