No it doesn't.
Opened the batteries I purchased today with a charger. Put batteries on charger and charger is blinking green/red. Tried another Milwaukee charger same thing happened. Tried the old batteries, same red/green blinking. What is going on?
Slide the battery on and off the charger about 15-20 times. Sometimes the terminal on the battery will have a clear coat on it. This has worked for me lots of times.
