You should contact milwaukee warranty to fix the issue. They supply the cost of the shipping just need to print the label. All the labor and parts should be included. Thats why you have to 5 year warranty. Just in case issues like this happen. Mine had a trigger issue and they repaired it and I got it back in about 3 weeks. Didn't cost me anything.
I cannot understand the question. Use spell check or a translator and ask again.
You need to let the drill heat up. Let it Free spin before using.
450 inch-pounds of sustained torque. This is NOT the same as peak torque, which is the measurement given for standard impact drivers.
It depends if you buy the bare tool it does not come with a carry box or charger or battery. If you purchase a kit that comes with the tool battery or batteries and charger it will come with a bag to store the tool and charger when not used.
Mine quit after 3 months of daily use, no more torque.
Sorry they do not make a protective cover for that model
I don’t know, that’s probably a question for Milwaukee.
I have both of these drivers and they are both great. The Surge works differently than most impact drivers. It uses hydraulic surges to turn the driver, where the 2853 uses a mechanical hammer. The peak torque in the 2853 occurs almost instantaneously as the hammer strikes the anvil, where the torque in the Surge lasts for a longer period as the hydraulic pressure rises and falls. So, per each "impact", the Surge doesn't turn as hard, but it turns longer - hence the need for less torque. The 2853 is a monster compared to the Surge. However, I use my Surge for over 95% of my impact driving needs. If the lower sound is not a consideration, the lower stress on your hand and wrist is another advantage for the Surge. I have never found a lag screw or bolt that the Surge can't tighten, but it may take it a little longer.
Yes, the surge impact driver will drive 6" SDS screws on #3. I personally use the surge for deck screws and metal roofing screws and a standard fuel (not surge) to drive in large SDS screws, Ledger Loks, etc. because the non surge has more torque for driving larger screws.
