What size pot would be in my best interest to purchase for this size plant?

AnswerThe pot with the plant is 6" wide and 5" tall. We used a small woven basket that is 7.5" wide and 8" tall and worked well for us.

This is a nice looking artificial plant that can be used inside or outside. I have it in my sun room to add that touch of green year round. It has a lot of "live plant" look without all of the hassle of caring for a live plant. It took some working with the plant to get the leaves unbent from being smooshed into the box but I pulled out my hairdryer and went over each leaf and it softened them up enough to get them to lay nicely. It adds a great touch and good size for inside.

This monstera artificial plant is a high quality indoor/outdoor greenery option. It definitely adds some natural looking touches to my home. In my opinion the plant itself gives off a little bit of a tropical feel. The leaves are a good quality and easy to bend in whatever direction you want. The black pot that it comes in is nice enough but really basic. I'd recommend placing the plant in a woven basket or ceramic pot.

I have used artificial plants like these for many years in aquaria. These are basically giant versions of those. From a few feet away, they are quite realistic, especially in low light, where artificial plants are most useful. My place does not get enough good sun for houseplants to thrive, so I was glad to try these out and add some green, even if it is fake. Out of the box, these plants are pretty compressed, but the stems have wire cores, and a few minutes of gentle bending gives you a very natural-looking plant. The palm is entirely plastic, the broad-leaves are silk, all with plastic stems. The base is heavily weighted and stable, if not very attractive, but you can drop it inside a decorative pot.

This review is for Naturae Decor Monstera artificial plant.
Item # OUT-MONS--29BC.
Out of the box, this faux Monstera is a really beautiful life
like plant. It has excellent realistic base and leaves in a dark
green hue. The stems are bendable out of the box to any
form you desire to make this plant look so real. The quality
of the leaves is excellent.
This plant in its entirety measures 29 inches tall and when
the stems and leaves were bent out to where I thought they
looked best, it was approximately 24 inches wide. It comes
in a black plastic base and would look better placed in a nice
ceramic pot, etc., that fit the 6 inch high and 5 inch wide pot.
With a smaller base, the manufacturers were smart in giving
some weight to the base. This entire plant/base weighs
approximately 8 pounds. It's steady when placed and will
not easily fall over.
This is a nicely made faux Monstera that will look great in
any home setting, a recommended addition to your home.

I am very impressed with this artificial tree. It has slight differences in the color of the leaves, giving a very realistic look but is virtually maintenance free. The pot it came in has a texture on the top that looks like dirt, giving it an even more real feel. I'm so glad I got this because I can't kill it! It will be an enhancement to my decor for years to come!
