This tree is very lifelike. We’re very happy with it.

I purchased this Christmas tree based off the reviews. But I had a horrible experience. The lights are defective they don’t work. And you would only know this by putting together the whole entire tree. I am highly disappointed

I am totally pleased with the tree. It turned out great!

I'm no stanger to staging Trees, this one however was a nightmare. BUYER BEWARE Assembly- 12ft Tree, Ships in 2 Boxes, 5 Sections. This Particular Tree Sections are supposed to be Numbered 1-5. One Section, One Number; Assembly is carried out in numerical order. Out of my boxes I got: 1•Section 1 "2"•Section 3 1•Section 5 1•unlabeled Section Got it to work out. Out of 5 Sections, Three were mislabeled. All 5 were there; only they were not labeled appropriately. Was not evident up front. Worked out after meticulously measuring the inner/outer diameters of the Center Support Pipe; as well as measuring longest branches per section. Only then we could distinguish sections. Base- Foot for the Tree feels adequate. It requires 2 eye bolt to anchor the massive tree to the foot. We only got one, so we had to buy the second. Lights- Cheap Wire, plenty of spare bulbs. Awful Quality Control. When Fluffing the tree we run the lights. There were bulbs missing, just empty Sockets throughout. Midway up the tree there was a completely dead section. After tediously running through bulb by bulb, branch by branch, line by line we found the culprit. There was a chunk of wire that had not been properly finished at the factory. Just two raw ends of exposed wire. See Pictures. Branches- Lack of Quality Control and Inspection. There were quite a handful of issues. Branches and sprigs that were trimmed at the factory were done Poorly. There were chunks throughout where the Heavy Gauge Wire was not cut through and they couldn't be bothered to come through and remove them. Other sections had Branches that had been defective from fabrication and were essentially chunks of melted and burnt plastic. Other Branches had thick splotches of melted Glitter. This is not a Glitter Tree. I don't know why they felt compelled to pass tge through and not cut out the Branches at the very least. If you're looking for Thick Branching out of the box this one is a little Lean. Not bad, but good to know.

Beautiful full tree for the price!

The tree is absolutely beautiful. I ordered it on Black Friday. Received one of 2 boxes on the following Monday. The 2nd box was lost. I ordered a new one and it showed up 5 days later and I love it. If you have the room for it - buy it - you won't regret it.

The first time I bought a artificial tree and I’m very happy with it. It looks better than a real tree!

Very full, about 6 feet wide(a bit fatter than i was hoping) and the lights are perfectly spaced. Make sure to wear long sleeves and gloves while fluffing. My arms looked like i was attacked by vicious cats, for about a week. Definiely a two man job to get the tree all connected and fluffed. Took a few hours, we ended up decorating the next day. Use a ladder... or two. Fluff as you go, it wont get easier after. Keep the original boxes, if you do not have a proper christmas tree box. This thing is huge and requires a lot of storage space. When disassembling de-fluff as you go, by section. Youll never get it back to how it was when first purchased. Keep that in mind when storing. Mine is currently being kept in the two original boxes... with a lot of tape holding it together.

The tree is absolutely beautiful! It was easy to assemble and comes in 4 sections. Very full after you take the time to spread out the branches. I like that it goes almost all the way to the floor. You don't notice the stand so much because of that. I ended up buying a 72" tree skirt anyway because the cats enjoy sleeping under there.

We had a taller version of this tree and enjoyed it for 8 years before various strings of lights stopped working. We live in a smaller house and this tree is just perfect. As others have said, the initial set up is time consuming as you have to pull each branch apart, but the effort is well worth it. The tree is stunning. I get all kinds of compliments.
