AnswersThe metal “branches” are mounted to the base with metal hinges. Individual tips look to be mounted to the metal branches with something that looks like tightly wrapped, thick fishing line. Anyway, the tips seem to be reasonably securely attached.

AnswersYou can buy storage bags for artificial trees. The bags have handles and make it easier to move to its storage space. (I know this because my mother had an artificial tree. This is my first artificial tree, but given the size of the box it was packed in and the weight of the tree, I've planned to use two storage bags for this tree. My intention is to not completely flatten the tree. This will eliminate some time fluffing it next year.

AnswersThe PE goes in 8-12". It's difficult to say a percentage, because that varies with branch length. The upper branches are 100% PE, and the lower are closer to 20%. I will say I've seen this idea before where the blending from one to the other is terrible, and this one is really well done. From six feet away, if you told me it was all PE, I'd believe you.

Certainly, as other reviewers mentioned, nowhere near as full as pictured. Maybe for the photo they spliced two trees together? I spent quite a while fanning out branches and moving them around to create a fuller look. But real trees have holes too. Just didn’t think I’d have to rotate an artificial tree around for my wife to find the best side. Hopefully things will look better after decorated. Tree is a blend of the more realistic, molded, softer plastic branch tips on the outside with the traditional “pipe cleaner” like branch tips on the inside of the tree. Note that the top of the tree does not have any tips strong enough to support a heavier tree topper. I’ll likely end up mounting my tree topper on a green “post” and somehow discretely wire it to the center of the tree. Hoping that the photos I attached have a high enough resolution to accurately impart the quality of the product. It willl suffice for my needs, but does not really look twice as good as the $150 tree I replaced.

I was not disappointed! I have had a real tree for sixty two years and was saddened to think it was about time to get a fake tree. Easy to set up. Took a while to shape branches to my preference. It looks gorgeous, and I honestly thought I would tolerate it but not love it! So nice to have it up early and no more needles or concerns about fire. It looks so real. You really have to take a second look and touch it. I do miss the pine scent but bought a balsam candle. I would buy this again hands down!

Beautiful tree. Our first artificial tree in 25 years and we could not be more pleased. I’m certain this tree will now be a our new tradition rather than a live tree. Looks the same but our new one is perfect to fill out our family room.

We were skeptical of the concept of the realistic branches...
We were skeptical of the concept of the realistic branches on the outside and typical ones on the inside, but they really blended the color much better than others we have seen, and the tree looks wonderful. Nice and full. We're really as happy as can be.
