After two hours of putting this together it was ready to place the clothes on hangers. Overall the item was very flimsy-not heavy duty at all. The shelves were pieces of cardboard. The moment it was full, the pole collapsed tearing right through the plastic support. We have emailed the manufacturer. To request a support in order to salvage some of the work but he has been unresponsive. I would say this is junk and Home Depot should not even carry stuff like this.

Not terribly difficult to assemble. Unfortunately, one of the parts of a wheel was broken - but was cosmetic so no action taken. Once assembled, this storage organizer has been a great addition to the house. What I especially like over the many options is the side shelf-type storage.

The unit I received had pieces that were not numbered...
The unit I received had pieces that were not numbered like the directions. When I finally separated the pieces ,there were 4 missing. I called for replacement parts. I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks for the parts to arrive. I am still waiting. I should have been sent a new item and returned the incomplete one. How to know that the replacement parts they sent will even fit the item I have . I would rate the item and service I am RECEIVING A 0. This is unacceptable service to have to wait this long for a product I needed when I ordered it over a month ago.
