These are very nice screws and matched the boards very well. They are insanely expensive, but the final look was worth it. I did pre-drill, and that allowed them to drill to the right depth with ease.

the screw penetrated fine but i had to pre drill pilot holes for every screw because heads of screw were to soft would start to strip at a little over 3/4 depth and once stripped very hard to either remove or continue penetration caused some scratches when removal needed
