This bed exceeded my expectations! It was very easy to assemble with clear instructions and all parts included. The quality is excellent, it feels sturdy, and it looks beautiful in the room. The design is stylish and modern, making it a great addition to our home. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great-looking, easy-to-assemble bed.

There is no warranty so this is a lie. We used the mattress for a month and both my back and my spouses back hurt when we woke up. We didn't notice any cooling or breathability benefits which were described either. We contacted Novilla about their warranty and were offered "20% refund" after contacting them multiple times, even the stupid refund was never sent. Customer service emails were in bad english so this seems to be a cheap asian product with even worse customer support

Need customer service to call me. Will not respond to emails or voicemails. Mattress is defective and need replacement. Fabric cover on mattress on half of it is loose and uncomfortable.

This bed feels okay but I can’t get over the noticeable snag in the cover…disappointed

This bed was very reasonably priced, and is more comfortable than other beds that I have paid more than twice as much for. The fact that it doesn't need a boxspring means that it can be leaned against a wall or stored under another bed as a trundle.

Great mattress. This really helps support my lower back much better than the previous spring coil mattress did. Make sure that you orient the mattress so that the label is at the foot of the bed. Somehow, we didn’t have the correct orientation during the unboxing process and it felt like we were sleeping with our feet elevated the first few nights.

The mattress is not totally expanding

This was my first time purchasing a mattress online. I did a lot of research and this mattress was the only one that had enough good reviews. The reviews led me to believe that the mattress would be a perfect fit for me. Unfortunately, after two weeks with the mattress, I’m extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. I let the mattress expand for the 72 hours recommended on the instructions and after TWO WEEKS, the mattress has STILL not fully expanded. On top of that, the firmness of the bed is not consistent. At times, it’s firm and comfortable, and feels like what I was expecting. However, majority of the time, the bed is too soft and I sink into the mattress. It makes it uncomfortable for me to sleep and makes it difficult to get out of the bed due to the mattress being too soft. The weird thing is that the firmness of the mattress changes everyday and changes locations. I have to choose a different side to sleep on each night depending on which side is firm that day. It’s not consistently firm, which is my biggest issue. I will be returning this mattress.

Easy process to shop online and arrived with tool to safely open packaging. Mattress took its form quickly too. Very comfortable

The worst mattress I've ever owned. Not only is it hot at night, it has close broken down to where the Mattress does not support anymore! The top layer has pulled down on one corner! Definitely not made for a bigger sized person!
