Can this material be bent to 90 without breaking? If it is break, what material do you recommend?

I don't believe you could bend these 90 degrees on any kind of sharp, squared off angle. If it was a gradual, smooth bending it's possible, but I wouldn't put money on it. They're pretty rigid and somewhat brittle. Maybe try a relatively thin plexiglas?
