No you should not use this to repair your RV roof. It is made of PVC and as much as PVC pipe is okay out in the sun for a couple years, after that it starts breaking down and shrinking. Even schedule 80 PVC used for electrical conduit and specially treated for UV rays breaks down. I have some on my electrical wiring outside and 5 years later it needs to be replaced with steel conduit. This shower pan liner is nice and should last forever in a shower pan but now way would I use it on my RV roof. There are lots of good roof repair sealants you should use. Alumaseal, roof tar, silicone, acrylic silicone, THRU THE ROOF sealant is what I use on mine and ten years later it still is doing the job.
No the mortar bed does not bond to the liner without an adhesive.
We recommend using Liquid Nail 715 or Liquid Nail 915.

Of course you can! I am a licensed plumber and you can use shower pan liner glue to fix two sheets together!
As long as you can have it go up the sides 6" you will be good!
Yes, but you're better off to go to Home Depot to purchase a 3' wide piece cut to your desired length (9'). This is folded, where as the bulk liner at Home Depot is on a roll.
