The Orbit 1/2 in. Male x Female NPT Swing Joint Elbow is ideal for installing swing joints. Use the elbow in conjunction with a barbed elbow and poly pipe (sold separately) to set sprinkler heads in the vertical position for better spray coverage.

Q:Can this be burried 2 inch underground and still be safe for a vegetable garden? I am coverting a sprinkler to use drip Irrigation and plan to have riser, this elbow and a small portion of pipe 2 inch underground.
