What is minimum water pressure needed to extend head fully?
The average flow required per head is approx. 3.5 GPM.
I need a flush sprinkler head, one that does not pop up when on. In the description of this "flush" sprinkler head, there is a comment " Maximum Spray Distance (ft.): 15 Pop Up Height (in.): 2 Inch" Is this correct? Does this nozzle Pop Up when on?

What does "Sprinkler Angle Maximum" refer to?
The radius that the spray can reach for each type I.E. 1/2 or full etc. Thy can be adjusted
I bought 1/4" sprinkler to cover the direction of let's say from 12 - 3 o'clock. However when I screw it on, it stops when it is pointing in the 6-9 o'clock direction. Is there an adjustment so that I can get the head to point the opposite direction? I can't tighten it anymore to get to the 12-3 direction so I've had to unscrew it, which means it now leaks down the driveway. Please help....thank you!
Lin, these flush heads are designed to operate at the exact angles that you install the head at, and can't be adjusted (at least not like our pop-up plastic adjustable nozzles can be). The only way is to loosen the riser - or the head - a little until it points the way you want it. 1/4 Pattern Plastic Pop-Up with Brass Nozzle
Flush head sprinklers are quite common in systems from 20 or more years ago. These systems are still very serviceable, and the pop-up flush head is an excellent way to keep them in good shape. The version with pop-up action gives an extra inch or so of spray height which makes it more suitable for grass, while a traditional flush head is more common in above-ground applications such as shrubs and flowerbeds. The brass nozzle includes an adjustment screw which allow you to reduce the spray pattern down to 75% of its maximum radius of 15 ft.. Flush heads have 1/2 in. female pipe threads (FPT) and you will typically mount them on a 1/2 in. male pipe thread (MPT) rigid PVC or cut-off riser. The flush head wrench is an accessory that makes it simple to remove and install flush heads without extensive digging. The flush head nozzle is easy to replace with a brass flush head spray nozzle with male threads. These flush heads do not have pressure-regulating riser stems and are not for sale in California and other states that require pressure regulation. Recommended operating pressure is 30 PSI. For outdoor irrigation use with cold water only.
