A: Might need more information, so I'll suggest manually open/close a valve by turning the solenoid fully via the black adjustment screw . Go full right clockwise to close-then open fully. Double check the wiring to the controller and be sure -if you have a master valve, that that only works when the system is shut down. If this is a replacement and the others are ok, return the thing if my suggestions do not work. :-)
