AnswersIt has rubber hose gaskets that need to be replaced periodically like any garden hose. I just replaced one that after around 10 years started to leak.

AnswerChuck, this valve is intended for outdoor irrigation and watering use only, and we cannot recommend it be used with drinking water.
How much pressure loss this valve causes ? My sprinkler throw distance was reduced by 2-3 ft after I installed this.
