PC-Concrete is used to repair cavities and cracks in concrete in high traffic areas.
Expect PC-Concrete 102 oz. to cover approximately this amount of area on a smooth or rough surface. SMOOTH (Thickness 0.0312 inch) ROUGH (Thickness 0.125 inch) 102 ounce 5890 sq. inch/ 40.9 sq. foot 1472 sq. inch/ 10.2 sq. foot
PC-CONCRETE has liquid consistency like pancake batter or ketchup. Applying it in a wide vertical crack is not recommended. It would likely slump.
I’m not sure what you are trying to do, but be aware that it is a fairly viscous material and tends to flow a bit and self level. The surface will be fairly smooth when it cures.
PC-Concrete is not designed for this purpose.
You could use PC-Concrete to fill the gap although a cavity that large will consume 6 to 8 cartridges.
Yes, it is possible to fill the gap with PC-Concrete and provide structural support to the post.
PC-Concrete 102 oz is one product with two purposes: filling cracks and anchoring rebar or threaded rod. It is a 2 part epoxy that requires mixing on a flat surface with a putty knife. One unit can fill as much as 15 feet of 2 inch wide by 1/2" deep crack.
Cured PC-Concrete should be lightly sanded and primed with a stain-sealing primer.
You can pigment and tint PC-CONCRETE but it will be easier working from the bulk package 102 oz. The dual cartridge 600 ml mixes the two parts with a static mix nozzle and tinting would difficult.
