How should I clean the unit?

AnswerHello! Always blot dry any water from the surface of your shower. To help protect your shower from hard water stains and mineral deposits, use an auto spray wax, periodically, and wipe down your shower after each use. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a buildup of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp, nonabrasive sponge and drying with a clean soft cloth should help keep your shower looking beautiful.
How many different jets can be used at the same time? For example can I use the rainforest head and the 8 jets together?

AnswersThere are three settings 1 for the 8 jets, 1 for the rain head, and 1 for the wand. You can choose 1 setting at a time.

Well made,BUT
This is more about the FINISH that how it works,since I have not hooked up yet and just opened box.Its very well made for sure,packed very well and all parts there.And guess they tested it before they shipped cause there WAS still water on the jets...
My problem is their
attempt to make it "weathered or worn thru in spots" is terrible and looks more like a kid with a black magic marker got a hold of it.At first it even looked like machine tool marks in spots,but checked photos on site and yep,thats how its made.MY BAD...cause if I had noticed from the photos how bad finish was,wouldnt of bought.Photos make it look cool...in person not so much....I would return,but the cost and drama,and fact contractors are needing to finish up in a few days...I'll just keep it and hope you dont notice in shower at certain angles.ALSO....there was a little dent right smack in middle..and that would of made me return,BUT,the shower head tube will cover it.
I'd think for $1800+ that we paid we would get a 100% product.
I checked I wouldnt recommend,but if you like the finish then go for it and if mine looked like the photo,I'd be OK..but it doesnt and a very lame attempt to make it look old.
