Worth the wait!
I've been wanting a purple mattress for well over 6 years now. I am so glad to finally become a purple owner! We also have purple pillows now too, so we are officially purpled out! So thankful for sales and deals. My husband and I both slept like babies the first night we got it.

Ordered a month ago and still don't have it
Scheduled to be delivered in December 2 when we ordered it. It is December 22 and we still don't have it. Called Purple and FedEx and keep getting told it will be here tomorrow. Can't tell you if it's comfortable because both of their customer services are so bad. Added tracking screen shot to show how bad it is ordering from Purple.

Wouldn't buy online again
The bed itself is comfy, but someone needs to go some package design to ensure not every bed comes damaged. Offered $160 or replacement, replacement came damaged, just no integrity with the customer service.

Waiting my whole life for this!
I sleep better I don't wake up throughout the night my hips don't hurt my shoulders don't hurt but I don't think it does all that great with not holding heat because I still sweat.

I HATE IT
I started having problems on day 3 of receiving my brand new bed and contacted Purple via email 3 times and no one has responded. You would think that such an expensive mattress would generate better customer service but I obviously was wrong. As of Jan. 11, 2024, I'm still trying to return this thing! Also the sizes of the mattress is way smaller than what is advertised, not even close to what it's supposed to be.
