Product Overview

This Philips PAR38 LED spotlight splashes 1200 lumens of bright, 5000K daylight across interior and exterior expanses, instantly igniting to full brightness at the flick of a switch. Outfitted with an internal reflector, it’s wet-rated to withstand outdoor environs or humid indoor rooms and is fully dimmable while retaining its color temperature. Suitable for recessed cans and some track light fixtures, this energy-saving 15 watt LED lamp can replace a standard 100 watt halogen PAR38 and saves up to $220 in energy costs over its 25,000-hour life. The E26 medium base screws into standard-sized light sockets for easy installation in residential and commercial settings.

A light bulb that produces light perceived as yellowish white will have a color temperature of around 2700K. As the color temperature increases to 3000K - 3500K, the color of the light appears less yellow and more white. When the color temperature is 5000K or higher the light produced appears bluish white.

Excellent Bright White Light
Used for outside backdoor floodlight and I have to say I wish I had purchased these sooner. They have survived the Michigan winter and all the additional moisture we've gotten lately. The give off a very strong white light, so much so can see well into my acre backyard!
