Can't adjust appears frozen How to clear the ring so I can adjust
You should be able to just twist to open, close (adjust) the amount of chlorine that is released. You are welcome to touch base with our Customer Service Department directly to discuss further. You may call us directly, weekdays, 8-4 PST at 800-854-1492. Note: We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and the next (Friday) of this coming week, so please call us Mon-Wed this week.
How many tablets does this hold ?
Most likely it will hold 5 or 6, but I use 1-1/2 at a time, as you are just wasting tabs by putting them in prematurely!!
The canister can hold up to 3 - 3" tablets at a time.
Three 3 inch tabs but it is a tight fit to get three in.
