Hello, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, some of our anchors are made or materials are outsourced from multiple countries and would not fall under any BABA certifications. For more questions, feel free to reach out to our hotline. The number is 800-222-6990. Have a great day!

My question is how do I remove this?

Thank you for contacting us. Due to the nature of how the anchor expands, drilling it out and patching the hole would be the best option.

What is the weight limit appropriate for use of this product? For example a step attached to concrete block with 2 nail/Anchors? Thanks.

Permanent solution to securing to concrete.
These Red Head 1/4 in. x 1-1/2 in. Hammer-Set Nail Drive Concrete Anchors are a permeant solution to securing most anything to concrete. A simple 1/4 inch concrete bit to drill the hole and just push the anchor in ad secure the nail set with a hammer. Unlike plastic anchors these are pretty much permanent you can not unscrew them. They are quick to install

          Great in foundation wall
Excellent for securing anything to masonry. Drill a hole wherever it is needed and hammer these in. Sometimes I won't hammer completely in order for the next person to rip it out easier. These are very sturdy and I usually get the longer ones to ensure nothing falls down. I had to mount an electrical panel to the foundation in a basement so these were just what I needed.

          Great concrete fasteners
I used these fasteners to anchor a treated lumber 1x3' to concrete to create a screened porch. These concrete fasteners are easy to use and hold very well. I found that they work better on new concrete vs old brittle concrete. You're able to countersink the nails for a flat surface. I like this product for its easy of use and they grab well. I'd recommend this product.

A good choice for quickly securing items to brick or concrete.
For affixing things to the exterior brick of my house like for patio light line anchors and electrical boxes, these work very well. I had previously had mixed results with concrete screws, these seem a ton more secure. A quick 1/4-inch hole with a masonry drill bit and you are ready to hammer these in. At first I worried they were too permanent (unless you use a grinder to remove the head I guess) but I’m never going to move an AC disconnect box once it’s been mounted, so it’s fine.

You want a strong anchor, use a nail drive anchor.
I can get frustrating when using a plastic anchor to secure something to concrete. The little blue screws can break when screwing them into concrete and then you have to drill new hole. The Red Head heavy duty nail drive anchor addresses all the problems of the other concrete anchors. Nothing to screw in and strip out the hole. Plastic anchors can become weak over time and pull out from the hole. The nail anchors are metal, won't loose their hold over time. You won't strip the hole when installing and are easy to use. I like to use a long 1/4 inch socket to tap it into the hole. Then you hammer the protruding nail in and it locks thd anchor in the concrete. With a pullout strength of 1025 lbs. it is not going anywhere.

          Anchors that hold
With an exterior brick house, I found the 1/4 in. x 1-1/2 in. Hammer-Set Nail Drive Concrete Anchors useful for attaching brackets and hooks. Instead of using wood dowel, which can shrink, plastic anchor which can distort, or glue which seldom works, these metal anchors provide a better solution. Using a 1/4" masonry drill bit, not included, you create an opening and then insert the anchor. With a hammer drive the nail to the desired depth and your done. The nail expands the anchor to provide strong grip into the mortar or cement. The anchor is 1-1/2" in depth with a nail providing 3/4" of travel. You do not need to drive the nail all the way to the anchor base, as I like to hang things from the nail when not adding a hook, to achieve a strong hold. The plastic container includes clear instructions, carrying handle and a lid that snaps shut for easy storage. I would advise wear safety glasses, respiratory protection and gloves when attaching these. The coating on the anchor will grey your fingers without gloves.

          Super easy and strong hold.
I really like these hammer in anchors for multiple reasons. 1st. they hold in substantially better than plastic anchors in concrete. 2nd. They insert right through the items you're attaching 3rd. They don't leave any sharp edges for wires to get cut on in electrical boxes. 4th. They are a bit of a challenge to remove, so i use them for securing the frames of window bars on concrete buildings.

          Works as described easy application
The redhead hammer set heavy duty now drive anchors quarter inch by one and a half inch nail drive anchors are a quality product. Their finish is of quality. It does not leave a film when you grab them and put them in your hand. They leave almost a riveted look experience after using them. Pre drill the 1/4 inch hole pop on in and hit with hammer. Similar to wall anchor but for concrete applications . Easy to use. Directions are good enough.
