Can I use a screw in place of the nail? The part I am attaching to a briock wall willwear out and need to be replaced. A screw would allow the attached part to be removed.

what is the max weight capacity?
for 1/4 inch do you use a 3/16 concrete bit like with other types?
No, for Hammer-Set anchors, you would use the same drill bit diameter as the anchor itself. In this case, use a 1/4" diameter drill bit. If you have any further questions, please contact customer service at 1-877-489-2726.
The product came with a bit. But I used a quarter inch cement bit , both are fine.
