This product does not need to be primed. We do recommend using 100% Acrylic Latex paint.

Can this moulding be cut with a scissor!
You can use miter sheers made specifically to cut this. No need for a saw. Look up GARTOL Miter Shears- Multifunctional Trunking Shears for Angular Cutting of Moulding and Trim, Adjustable at 45 To 135 Degree
No... a hack saw, a circular saw, hand saw, or even a coping saw would do the job for sure. But it is too rigid and thick for scissors.
You would probably not be able to cut this with scissors.
Yes. Easily cuts with miter shears. Need to make sure blade is sharp. I have done this.
