I have some outdoor cast aluminum chairs and table. The Rust-O-leum paint has chipped off due to wear or popped off due to oxidation of the aluminum underneath over time. Is this the product I should use before repainting with High Performance Enamel

Will this stick to epoxy based fiberglass?
