This product is what i expected it to be. I choose this one because the control is besides the seat. didn't want the batteries to die out while im on the poty. the heated seat and water is just right for the tush. there is also a little receptacle on the left that i spray my poo-pourri on so when i turn on the dryer to dry my tush, it has a lemony scent. i enjoy using this product i feel much cleaner after using the poty.

Awesome performance across the board! Cleans well, easy install and comfortable! Only issue is the seat lid scratches easily, I have two scratches already and I’m not that rough or heavy with my things.

The bidet seat arrived well packaged, but it turns out the provided T valve that connects the seat to a water source was defective and leaking. I installed it myself since I have done some prior minor plumbing tasks, and the water source leaked. My wife wanted to get a professional opinion and hired a plumber who confirmed the provided T valve was defect and leaking, but he could not replace it with an after market T valve according to the restrictions of his insurance. So, I fortunately found a similar replacement at the local Home Depot and fixed it myself with the better quality brass T valve from the Home Depot store. The bidet seat worked fine without leaking after that, and we are satisfied with the features and quality. Home Depot should contract with the manufacturer to provide better quality brass T valves. If the T valve was ok from the beginning, I would have given an Excellent rating, but had to drop my rating due to the defective T valve that cost me extra due to the plumber's visit and my extra time and expense to find a replacement T valve myself. I will contact the manufacturer to see what they have to say. There is a warranty, but I'm not sure what they can do after the fact that I fixed it myself.

The seat itself is excellent and initially appears to work very well. However, the seat water reservoir and filter tubing materials and connections are flimsy and poorly designed. I have no doubt that they will have to be replaced with more substantial materials in the not too distant future.

Overall very pleased with the product. Why didn't I buy one of these years ago? Purchased this one because it was the least expensive one that still had the features I wanted. Yep, you get what you pay for. Worth the investment, but clear where they scaled back in order to keep the price down. Poorly written instruction manual. The t-adapter that came with it leaked terribly at the joint. Went to contact the manufacturer, but their website and phone message said they were closed due to COVID-19. Left messages anyway. Went in search of a replacement t-adapter online and honestly could not find one that used such a small tube to carry water to the bidet. Fortunately, someone at the factory got my message and sent replacement adapter, which worked. Nothing to compare to, but the water function seems to work pretty well. Decent pressure, temp adjustment works well. Blue night light is not needed, but still a fun feature. Not sure what kind of sachet to add to deodorizer (manual doesn't say), so kind of a non-feature. The dryer and deodorizer fan functions are very, very weak. But again, you get what you pay for. Bottom line, if you want an electric heated seat and adjustable water temp, this is a good product.
