Heats up quick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven heats up quick and cooks evenly. I like where you can have two ovens of two different temperatures or make it one big oven.on the oven racks I wish it came with two easy racks instead of one but I’ll be purchasing another one. The only problem that we have is the app it seems like it only works on one phone we can’t get it to work on a second phone comes in handy when we were cooking the turkey and watching the temperature in the living room watching TV

Sleek and so many functions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the display and the split oven functionality. The bottom rack is a sliding rack and I wish all of the racks are sliding racks!!! It's so handy as I'm always scared of getting burned pulling food from the racks. I have not tried the steambake yet, so can't comment on that yet. The electronic display is simple and very nice, it's easy to change the temperature and timing, and love the quick add five minutes after the end of baking time.

Inconsistent temperature
We’ve had multiple factory certified repair technicians come to repair this oven. All the technicians were called either during the original factory warranty and afterwords during the Home Depot extended warranty. The main problem is maintaining temperature. You can set a pre-heat temperature and the oven will reach that. But as soon as you put anything in the oven to cook, the temperature drops sometimes up to 50°. Sometimes it will recover the temperature and sometimes it will not. Even after increasing the temperature to try to compensate it still will not recover. Other times it works fine. No rhyme or reason to this. Technicians have checked all the wiring and replaced the circuitboard with no satisfaction. The issue still exists and a third technician is scheduled to inspect it. For the cost of this oven it’s unbelievable that this could be a problem. The fact that Samsung will do nothing other than send out technicians that have failed to repair it tells you something about the company.

Excellent Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the black stainless look of the oven. The oven racks are very sturdy and like the fact the middle rack can be glided out. It's perfect when putting food into the oven. The feature to make oven into two ovens is great as well. I'm new to convection oven but this feature is awesome. Food cooks faster so you need to adjust cooking time. There are multiple cooking features you can use. Steam option works well when cooking vegetables or a healthy dish. It's very easy to select temperature and timer via the touchscreen. Overall this is a great oven. I love love love it and highly recommend it.

Beautiful Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is not only beautiful, but it is LOADED with features. I consider myself and experienced home chef & baker, but I definitely had to read the manual for this one. It has options for steaming, convection, broiling and standard baking. There are also specialty options to control how the oven cooks like "smart control", "gourmet cook" and "healthy cook". I love that you can divide the oven into 2 sections with separate temperatures- like having a double oven without needing all the space. When the interior oven light is on, you can see clear into the oven- as if the glass disappears. It's also loaded with features to connect the oven to your phone and schedule cook times, as well as the necessary basics like an oven lock and self cleaning option. The capacity is great and we love the sliding interior rack. The touch screen up front is also amazing- the display is huge and beautiful and easy to operate. I'm so excited to have this addition to our kitchen and look forward to cooking many more meals in it!

Love my new oven!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an old oven prior to getting this one. It would take forever to get to 350. This oven looks beautiful, the black stainless looks so good. It heats up very quickly, especially when using the flex top/bottom options. I am currently unable to connect it to wifi in order to use from my app, I need to call customer service to help resolve an error I'm getting. The display is bright and touch screen and easy to use. I used to have to adjust the time and/or temperature when cooking but since getting this, I follow directions as they are written on recipes and my food comes out cooked perfectly. There are many features that I haven't gotten the chance to use yet but I am in love so far! I now just need to get the matching built in microwave!

Excellent Flex-Duo Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has truly outdone themselves again, with this Flex-Duo Single Wall Oven. This oven offers features that only they have, such as this Flex-Duo technology that allows you to cook multiple items at the same time and at different temperatures. This is possible through a divider that allows me to convert my oven into two ovens. This will definitely come in handy over the holidays, along with the six possible rack positions.
I also love the steam option that this oven offers. I love chicken, with this option and easy fill tray, I can bake, broil and roast, without the worry of my chicken becoming dry. The only thing is that you have to drain the water after each use.
The dual convection fans are very powerful and they have definitely saved me a lot of time. Not only, do they help preheat my oven rapidly, they help circulate the heat, so all of my food is cooked evenly.
My absolute, favorite feature, is the Gourmet Auto Cook. This pre-programmed recipe guide helps me to cook all types of recipes, with excellent results.
I haven't had the opportunity to use the self cleaning feature yet, but I know it's definitely going to come in very handy during the holidays.
The most important feature, that Samsung added, is the Child Safety Lock. I have a daycare in my home, so safety is definitely a very important factor for me.
I absolutely love my new oven and I cannot wait to recommend it to all of my friends and family.

Excellent Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife pretty much does all of the cooking in our home, so when she received this Samsung Flex-Duo Wall Oven, I definitely had to try out all of the features, with her.
The Flex-Duo feature is definitely one of our favorite features. We cook a lot of food over the holidays. With this option, we can cook our Turkey or Ham, and a casserole at the same time. This is definitely going to save a lot of time at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
I also love the Dual Convection Fans. They are very powerful, which in turn keeps the moisture in and helps the food to cook evenly. They also help to preheat the oven a lot quicker.
We also love the Steam option. You can bake, broil and roast, all with this option, but you have to empty after each use.
This oven also offers six different rack positions, which, in turn, gives you a lot more room to cook multiple things at the same time.
Overall, my wife and I absolutely love our new, Samsung Flex-Duo Oven, and we can't wait to tell our friends and family all about it.

Flexible and Versatile Oven
This is an amazing oven, it is so flexible and versatile! Not only is it versatile in terms of cooking but it also is in terms of technology! First and foremost let us talk about the Smart Control! When in this mode, I can control the oven remotely on my phone. That means that I can preheat the oven before I get home or turn it off if I forgot that I left it on. You can also remotely adjust the temperature for those dishes that require it. Paring it to my phone was easy, but can be improved. The touch screen and menu functions are very intuitive. Having a convection oven has also allowed us to make dishes that we couldn't do before. My wife made us some baked chicken wings and they were delicious! Having a rack that glides is also very helpful, I feel far more confident handling hot items; no fear of getting burnt at the top. Lastly the Flex Duo is super easy to do, just put in the smart divider and now your oven is effectively two. Like I said, a flexible and versatile oven that can meet anyone's needs. I can't wait to try out the many other options.
